Chemical Injection

Airflow Sciences Corporation has experience in modeling both liquid and gaseous injection in physical laboratory or CFD models.

A client had serious buildup problems in the inlet duct to an ESP.  The chemical injection interacted with the flyash and built up on the structure.  ASC performed CFD modeling to redesign the injection system and structure to eliminate the buildup.
