Tube Banks

Tube banks in boilers are mostly for steam generation, but air-to-air heat exchangers are also employed. The flow distribution through these tubes plays a critical role in heat transfer, pluggage potential, and particulate erosion. Flow modeling and testing are excellent engineering tools to diagnose “and” resolve flow problems in tube banks.
